OpenCON — Support
OpenCON is a conference platform developed and operated by Digital Cube d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia. Each conference uses its own edition of the OpenCON app. This page covers the edition OpenCON - SFSCON (iOS, Android and the web app at https://sfscon.opencon.dev), the companion app of SFSCON 2026 — South Tyrol Free Software Conference, organised by NOI Techpark Südtirol/Alto Adige.
The conference takes place on 13–14 November 2026 at NOI Techpark, Bolzano/Bozen, Italy.
With the app you browse the programme, speakers, side events and venue information, build your own schedule with reminders, take part in live Q&A and polls, and post photos to the conference album.
The app is published by Digital Cube d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia (company registration no. 21151491, tax id 109262972; digitalcube.rs), on behalf of the conference organiser named above.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. On the sign-in screen tap Continue as guest to browse the programme, speakers, side events, supporters and venue information. An account is only needed for personal features: your own schedule and reminders, rating talks, posting photos, and your profile.
How do session reminders work?
Star a session to add it to My events; the app then reminds you before it starts. Reminders are push notifications, so the app asks for the notification permission the first time it needs it. If you declined, you can switch notifications on (or off again) at any time in your phone's system settings.
Does the app work without a connection?
Yes. The app keeps an offline copy of the public programme on your phone, so you can read it with no network at the venue. While you are offline it shows what is stored on the phone; the latest programme changes, voting, asking questions, photo uploads and signing in need a connection again.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?, enter your username or e-mail address, and follow the link in the e-mail we send you to choose a new password.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Menu (☰) → My profile → Delete account, then confirm with your password. The full steps, the web and e-mail alternatives, and what is deleted are on Delete your account.
